The SS-80-3CNC PRO busbar bending machine utilizes a 7.5 kW motor with a maximum hydraulic output of 800 kN. It can process copper busbars up to 20 mm thick and 300 mm wide, making it ideal for high-voltage switchgear manufacturers, especially those processing very thick copper busbars.
Compared with the SS-80-3CNC busbar processing machine, the SS-80-3CNC PRO has greater advantages in processing efficiency and precision. Its punching, cutting, and bending units are all equipped with PLCs. Servo motors drive high-precision roller screws, replacing manual calibration with a ruler. This automated positioning ensures accurate busbar processing and significantly reduces operator error.
The SS-80-3CNC PRO’s unique features include its ability to process 20mm thick copper busbars, its automated positioning and memory storage. Furthermore, the busbar machine can be operated simultaneously by three people, a key factor contributing to its popularity.
