The SS-50-3CNC busbar punching machine is a multifunctional busbar processing machine that integrates punching, cutting, and bending. Powered by three 5.5kW high-quality motors providing hydraulic power, the SS-50-3CNC can process copper busbars up to 16 x 250mm. It can be operated simultaneously by three people, allowing for simultaneous punching, cutting, and bending.
The SS-50-3CNC busbar punching machine’s bending unit is equipped with a PLC module, allowing the operator to input any angle (0°-180°), which the machine then automatically bends to. The bending angle and accuracy are independent of operator skill.
The punching unit of the SS-50-3CNC busbar machine adopts a 6-station turret design, which can quickly rotate and switch the punching die manually. Our factory also offers custom 4- and 8-station turrets.
To enhance the efficiency of the SS-50-3CNC, SUNSHINE™ has introduced the upgraded SS-50-3CNC PRO copper busbar punching machine. Unlike the SS-50-3CNC, the SS-50-3CNC PRO can quickly and automatically locate busbar processing coordinates. Both the punching and cutting units are equipped with PLCs, resulting in processing efficiency exceeding that of a standard 3-in-1 busbar machine.
