The MX602K-8C busbar punching and cutting machine utilizes a high-performance ABB motor, providing a maximum hydraulic force of 600 KN. It can process copper busbars with a max 15mm thickness * 200mm width * 6000mm length , and a mini 3mm thickness * 15mm width * 6000mm length.
The mold library adopts a 9-station design, consisting of 8 punching stations and 1 cutting station. Its busbar processing efficiency and mold changing efficiency are significantly better than the 6-station mold library equipment on the market. Unlike the MX602K-7C, the MX602K-8C lacks the embossing function (used to increase friction in busbar connections).

This busbar punching machine features 6-axis control, controlled by six servo motors. It also incorporates a closed-loop Beckhoff PLC. Its feedback mechanism enables real-time sensor data analysis. The powerful PLC computing power enables impressive control and precision for even the most complex busbar processing operations.
Note: Compared to open-loop Siemens PLCs, closed-loop German Beckhoff PLCs offer advantages in multi-axis motion control and powerful data processing capabilities.
The feeding system utilizes a dedicated fixture, replacing the original hydraulic control with servo motor control, ensuring a complete processing process and minimizing error margins. The feeding unit is supported by linear guides (PEK, Italy) and AC servo motors (Rexroth, Germany), ensuring repeatability ± 0.1mm accuracy.
Note: Compared to hydraulic clamps, servo clamps do not dissipate the 600 kN hydraulic pressure used for punching, resulting in an actual punching force less than 600 kN.
