The MX602K-7C CNC busbar punching machine provides a powerful CNC automation solution for the efficient processing of copper and aluminum busbars. The MX602K-7C CNC busbar punching machine features a 9-station mold library design, consisting of 7 punching stations, 1 cutting station, and 1 embossing station. It can process copper busbars with a max 15mm thickness * 200mm width * 6000mm length , and a mini 3mm thickness * 15mm width * 6000mm length.

The MX602K-7C utilizes a high-performance ABB motor, providing 600kN hydraulic pressure, ensuring sufficient power for punching and cutting. Furthermore, the system can select the appropriate hydraulic pressure based on the copper busbar thickness, minimizing energy consumption and contributing to environmental protection.
The machine utilizes 6 servo motors for 6-axis control. The PLC utilizes a closed-loop control system from Beckhoff, Germany. Leveraging sensor data acquisition for real-time feedback, it precisely controls complex motion trajectories and handles complex busbar processing.
The clamp is driven by a servo motor, and the clamp force and motion trajectory are more precisely controllable, ensuring the punching and cutting accuracy of the busbar while avoiding accidental damage to the busbar. Another advantage is that, compared to hydraulic clamps, servo clamps do not dissipate the 600 kN hydraulic pressure used for punching, resulting in an actual punching force less than 600 kN.
